We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth production operations. You will monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to safety and quality standards to meet production goals.

• Operate, monitor, and maintain machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Set up machinery according to specifications and production requirements.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Record production data, including output quantities and any downtime causes.
• Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure continuous workflow.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

• Education: Minimum of SSCE / OND / Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• Experience: 1–3 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
• Basic mechanical and technical skills for machine setup and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as required.
