The ideal candidate will assist in executing digital marketing strategies, creating engaging visuals, and supporting campaigns to enhance brand presence and attract clients. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in both marketing and design within a professional consulting environment.

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
• Design visually compelling graphics, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in managing and growing the company’s social media accounts.
• Create engaging content in line with brand identity and target audience.
• Monitor and report on digital campaign performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent branding.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Must be a serving NYSC member currently posted in Lagos.
• Background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
• Understanding of social media management and content creation.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
