Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Manager to oversee our administrative operations and ensure smooth daily business functions. The ideal candidate will have proven administrative management experience in the oil & gas industry and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all administrative activities within the organization.
  • Manage office facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and compliance reports.
  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for administrative functions.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments.
     


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in administrative management within the oil & gas sector.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools.
