We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of documents, parcels, and packages to various locations within Lagos and its environs. This role requires excellent road knowledge, a good sense of direction, and strict adherence to traffic rules and safety regulations.

• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and items to clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for prompt deliveries.
• Ensure accurate documentation and secure handling of items during transit.
• Obtain proper signatures upon delivery and ensure items are delivered in good condition.
• Maintain regular communication with dispatch supervisors and office staff.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on the bike to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Report any accidents, delays, or issues encountered during delivery.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company policies related to delivery operations.
   

• Minimum of SSCE / WAEC.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider in Lagos.
• Valid Rider’s Card / Driver’s License.
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads, traffic patterns, and shortcuts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
