Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects—ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver high-impact fintech solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and create detailed reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company goals, industry standards, and best practices.
     


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in fintech, tech, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
