Job Summary
We are seeking Driver Experience Officers (Welfare Officers) to join our growing team. These individuals will serve as the key liaison between the organization and our drivers, promoting driver engagement, resolving welfare concerns, and enhancing overall satisfaction and productivity across our mobility platform.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for drivers on all welfare-related matters.
- Foster a positive relationship with drivers by managing engagement and support initiatives.
- Provide conflict resolution, address grievances, and ensure drivers' concerns are addressed promptly.
- Gather and analyze driver feedback to suggest service and policy improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and interventions.
- Assist in the organization of welfare events, trainings, and support programs.
- Promote a culture of safety, respect, and professionalism among drivers.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or a relevant diploma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Tech-savvy and able to use basic digital tools and mobile applications.
- Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, HR support, or welfare management is an added advantage.
Salary - N60,000
