Job Summary
We are seeking Contact Center Agents to join our dynamic team in Ikeja. This role requires proactive individuals who can manage customer interactions professionally and provide excellent service to clients in the mobility and logistics sector.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls courteously and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and address complaints.
- Log customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools with attention to detail.
- Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
- Provide timely feedback to customers and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professionalism and empathy.
- Stay updated on company services, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any discipline.
- Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Good command of English and ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM or call management software.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
Salary - N60,000
