• Define and execute IT strategy in alignment with business goals
• Lead system integration, infrastructure upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives
• Oversee IT operations across banking, insurance, and asset management arms
• Manage vendor relationships and IT budgets
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards
   

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT leadership within financial institutions
• Proven success in large-scale technology transformation
• Strong knowledge of fintech, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity
