Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to oversee and grow key client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts, serving as the lead point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and offer solutions that align with their goals.
  • Develop account plans to grow revenue, ensure retention, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and provide timely feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and forecasting.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market intelligence to identify new growth opportunities.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
  • 3 – 5 years experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value clients and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Salary - N₦350,000 – ₦600,000
