We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth, identify business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue by generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the company.
- Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
- 2 – 4 years experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends is an added advantage.
Salary - N₦200,000 – ₦400,000
