Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You must be proficient in digital tools and strategies and able to drive customer engagement and lead generation across digital channels

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven analysis.
- Create engaging and original content for website, blog, newsletters, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar).
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and paid social media strategies.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and graphic design skills (using Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Experience in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.).
- Highly creative with a strong ability to think outside the box.
Salary - N₦200,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly
