Job Summary

Our client, a reputable and leading commercial bank in Nigeria, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representatives (DSA) to join its expanding sales team across the country. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving retail banking product sales, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and target achievement.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of the financial services industry is a plus.
     


Requirements
  • Promote and sell the bank’s products and services to potential customers.
  • Identify prospective customers and follow up on leads.
  • Open new accounts and ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance.
  • Cross-sell financial products such as savings, current accounts, loans, and debit cards.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of various banking products.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
     


Salary - N₦100,000 – ₦220,000
