The Universal Teller is responsible for processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves managing cash, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the daily branch operations.

• Accurately process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure cash limits are maintained.
• Address customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
