Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and client-oriented Relationship Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying financial needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent client service that drives retention and growth.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Understand clients’ financial goals and provide appropriate banking/investment solutions.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and grow the customer portfolio.
- Develop account plans and ensure clients’ needs are met effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing excellent service and support.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and financial reviews to clients.
- Meet and exceed set targets for account acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3 – 5 years of experience in relationship management, client service, or sales (preferably in financial services).
- Proven ability to meet sales and relationship management targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Deep understanding of financial products and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Salary - N₦400,000 – ₦750,000
