Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence. You will play a critical role in meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Organize regular training sessions and performance reviews for team members.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field (MBA is an added advantage).
- 4–6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary - N₦400,000 – ₦700,000
