We are seeking Contact Centre Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- BSC ONLY ( Minimum of second class lower).
- Age Limit: Not more than 28 years
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
